true but it wont look as good as straight an fitting also less adapters less prone to leakage. that was the problem with my last setup which caught on fire on the dyno.

Ordered some ALS seals they are going to take 3 weeks to arrive but that will give me enought time to get other things straight before I start building the engine, also bought a Greddy 2 Row FMIC and a Mazdaspeed Comp Radiator. Still need a lot more parts but i'll take care of that when I get back.

^I wish I knew. I have my old tranny still waiting for a rebuild 6 years after taking it out HAHAHA. I was going to rebuild it myself but I don't have the tools required.

Nice man, I'm getting married on the 8th and then will be out of town until the 16th. But after then we should get together! When are you planning on rebuilding your motor? I wanna help!

The previous owner of my FD rebuilt the trans for around $3200 bucks  (have the receipt) Shifts great tho

Honestly I would buy a used Series 6 trans from JapanLA on the 7club forum. You can get it for $700-$1k shipped and it has better gear ratios (mainly 5th gear) and will probably be in great condition.

Congratulations on your wedding Dave, Having you there for the rebuild would be awesome. I have to tear the engine apart to see if any other internal parts are damaged first (I hope not...) and then go from there. I already have the rotor housings ready.

I don't know about paying $3200 bucks for a tranny rebuild lol. I'll be better off if i can find one from 7club.
