I hate to break this to you all, but the route that Brandon chose through idedale is a dirt road if I remember correctly. We could just continue through idledale and up through evergreen, then connect in with the Mt. Evans road and on to idaho springs for those that want a longer ride.

The last time I was on that road was probably 3 years ago, so it may be paved now, but last I knew it wasn't.

Dirt roads would be no good for me. Don't want there to be any surprise dips and slam the car into them.

I wanted to chime in to let everyone who is joining the cruise know how we plan on organizing it.

As you can appreciate, keeping more than five cars together on any route can sometimes be a challenge,
but keeping all of us together will be almost impossible.
Before we head out on the cruise you all will be placed into groups of around four or fives cars.
Each group will contain a Moderator and at least one walkie talkie so all groups can stay in touch.
Hopefully all the groups will be able to stay close together, but if that's not the case try and stay within your group on the road.
How does that sound to everyone?

I'm in! I didn't know it was a dirt road, but now that I do, it makes me want to drive it even more lol.

I guess we'll just have to find a different route...
