On some of my other boards, I can just do a quick mouse over on the thread title to get an idea if it's something I want to actually click on and read the entire thread. http://www.mazdas247.com uses something like that and I find it very helpful.

Give me a little bit to work on it. I'll see what I can come up with.

Quick update. I checked out the "preview on hover" feature on Mazdas247. That's a default setting on the forum software they use (vBulletin), which is different from the software used for our site. Unfortunately, not an easy fix, but I'll continue to work on it.

Any update on this yet? I too love that feature and find myself "hovering" the mouse on the topics here for a few seconds before I remember that doesn't work here.

I don't think its compatable with our boards unfortunately... If you guys who do like this feature and see it on other boards see if any of them use IP Hosting like we do just look at the bottom of the page. If so PM me the website and i'll talk to their site admin

I did try and write changes into the code to support that. I've researched it quite a bit and haven't had much success with adding that feature to the IPB software, except for rather old versions. Not to say I won't keep looking, though.
