I like for sure... the only problem I see is that the 'Z' looks like the number 2. Could that be changed? LOVE the 2nd one for sure!

I know what you mean about the Z looking like a 2. The font that I used is styled like that. I can change it without any drama. I will keep messing with them as comments come in.
I like the idea of a standard logo and an abbreviated logo, but could easily go with the top one.
