Red X's instead of smilies...

I see maybe 5 of the standard smilies, but the rest are all these adorable little red x's. I don't suppose you can help me fix that, can you? I'm using the red/grey skin...

What browser and operating system are you using? Have you tried with a different browser?

I found this happened when the .gif images didn't comply with the template format.
