Hey guys,
I'm from San Francisco and I'm a very active autocrosser. I currently race an SM prepped Mitsubishi Evo, but I'm looking at options for a new daily driver. Hopefully I'll see some of you autocrossers at National Tours or Nationals in the fall!

Here's a pic of the car at Laguna Seca a couple months ago...

Welcome. Are you FROM SF, or are you IN SF?
Also, may I recommend the Mazda 3 for your daily commutes?

And get a sedan. Better than hatches :)

Less room, uglier, and I do believe the hatch has the bigger engine standard? I'll take the 3 hatch any day!

Welcome! I'd love to run on Laguna Seca someday, especially since it's our home haha.

I'm not saying all sedans are ugly. I'm saying that the 3 sedan (in my opinion) is ugly (at least, the rear does. It looks like it was supposed to be longer then got smashed in), especially compared to the hatch 3. And the hatch 3 does have the 2.3L engine standard I believe instead of the 2.0L. And my Legacy sedan looks better than your 3 sedan :p I would have rather had a 6 hatch too though for more room and the rear wiper.

Welcome! There are several of us that are active autocrossers he in CO. rmsolo.org is the place to find out about the (very active) local autocross region. Hopefully we'll see you at the Colorado National Tour Jul 13-15th. I'll be at Spring Nats and Nats as well.
