Blizzaks are overpriced. Unless you can get a set for a super low price like ^ did, I would forgo them in favor of something else. Look into the Hankook iPike. (If they still make them).

i usually settle for cheap studdable snow tires. like altimax artics.

I have used Hankook iPikes in the past too and both them and the Altimax Arctics are excellent in the snow and both are pretty cheap.

Welcome to the club! I have Yokohama W drives for the winter and they excellent but also very expensive.

Hankooks winter tires are good, cheap winter tires that I have run and worked really well for me 2 winters running.

I currently run Michelin x-ice and they saved my butt last winter! I'll be going on season 2 starting in October, hopefully November
