Hey, my name is herb. I live in littleton. My handle, OCDHerb, was given to me by the e-type form. I tend to get a little carried away with the details.
I have what I believe was one of the first RX7s in Colorado. It is one of the spark yellow cars given to dealerships on the condition that they didn't sell it for a specified period. I bought it from Bob Penkus as soon as it could be sold.
Roxy, very original name huh, has had a hard life. I wasn't very kind to her but I'm trying to make that up to her by giving her a new lease on life. I'll need all the help I can get. Hopefully I know some things that I can pass along too.
Thanks,
OCDHerb

Love to show it to everyone but it is in pieces at the moment. I'm fixing rust, correcting previous "professional" body work, and repainting. To be followed by trans re-build, new carpet, brakes, suspension overhaul, etc, etc. I really love this car.
I'm having trouble finding a shell to cut some pieces off for rust replacement. Know of any I might be allowed to canibalize? I will travel, cut and pay (within reason). Thanks, Herb

LOL me too. On second thought maybe you should stay away from a car that they are afraid to put a real pic of the car on the ad.
