Hello all, I heard about this forum from another forum.
I have a 2003 6s with the original V6 3.0L. I have owned it 2 years now. bought it with 30,000 mile it now has 70,000. I just finished the replacement of belts, hoses, and plugs. I have put in the Metra kit and after market audio.
Wondering where to go next.

Welcome. How did you find a 2003 6S with only 30K on it in 2008? That's a sweetheart deal!
I recommend some rims, a CAI, and tinting.

I found it on a dealer lot. They took it on trade for a Big 4x4. The owner work in the oil fields could only drive it on the weekends. It was a killer find.

Welcome. Glad you found us.
You're all the way down in Durango. And here I though I was out of the way in Glenwood Springs. Hopefully you can get away for a long weekend and join us for a meet. I might head to Montrose this summer for car show, maybe we can hook-up.
Looking forward to checking out pics of your Ride.

Hay sounds great. Just let me know when you make it down. I also make up to the Denver area at least twice a summer, so I sure do hope to meet everyone. As for lowering the stance. I am not sure around here I would be able to get anywhere. The roads are a mess. I am ordering a CAI from AEM, and new rims.

I wouldn't get a kit directly from Mazda. There are a lot of great companies that make good quality coil over kits. Granted you're going to be spending a little bit more but it's worth it. Take a look at what tirerack.com has to offer with regards to suspension. You may be pleasantly surprised. Not to mention all of their Koni kits are on sale right now

Welcome to the club! Any affiliation with FLC? Also, if you are interested, I have an un-painted front grill that will fit your car. It will also get rid of the chrome. I'll try to find a picture of it online if you are interested. I'd have to ship it to you though, since I have no plans to head that way. Hope you get a lot of fun ideas for your car! It's a great one, I had a 2006 V6 3.0L GT. Enjoy!
