Hi my name is Carlos I just bought my 07 Mazda3 about a month ago. I live in Longmont but spend most of my time in Boulder or Denver. Hope to meet some new people here. It would b great to get sugg. on mods for the car from every1. I drove out to the Sonic gathering yesterday in Lakewood and got to chat just a bit w/ two of the members.

Hey welcome to the club! What color is your 3, i'm in Boulder and probably have seen you around.

I had a 3 before i got my speed, and i had a Mazdaspeed cold air intake, Eibach Pro-Kit springs, and if you call it a "mod," Hoen endurance fog bulbs. The intake was expensive and according to a dyno, did zilch for my HP numbers but did increase TQ numbers a tad. Throttle response is also increased which is probably worth it. The sound of it isn't bad either.

The springs really change the look of the car, if you want i can dig up some before and after photos if your interested.

Welcome aboard

Yhanxs i would like to cheek out ur pics to c if i can get some ideas on what i would like mine to look like. Ive looked for an Intake that will make a diff but ur right the #'s dont change very much but like you said throttle response is a gain which the car does need.

I'll never forget your reaction after my stock dyno that I did right after you installed that intake. You poor thing...

I'll post up the pics in a little once i get a little more time. The increase in throttle response from the intake made it worth it to me after the dismal gains on the dyno.
