Hi all.
My name is Scott. I found out about the site from Burt Mazda, after my last visit there.
I was looking around the site for all of about 5 minutes before Josh (SpeedRacer) said Hi. You're a friendly bunch. [img]http://coloradomazdaclub.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif[/img]
I've posted pics of my stock 3 hatch on the Gallery and given some background on my origins in the Lounge.
Sure wish I could make it to the group pics on the 20th, but have prior commitments. Would be fun to see all the 3 hatches together.
Hope to learn some stuff and contribute when I can.

Welcome Sapper. So far this is a great spot for Mazda owners. Beats all forums I've been to for friendliness.
Speed you are a stalker. I got a message right when I joined practically. It was kind a scary to see someone else on at 2am.
Huzer We do need more 8's but that won't happen till mazda makes a SPEED8. Everyone buys the speed 3 instead. Faster and better gas mileage. Way to many three's. They are on the other hand the nicest hatch, along with the new VW's, on the market. They are for hatches what the Miata is for raodsters.

I think people tend to be friendlier to one another online when there is a much greater chance that you'll actually meet in person. Hehe.

My guess is no Speed8 until the next version of the car somes out. Speed3 is quite a bit more practical than the 8 as well, 2 more doors and usable cargo space.
But once again, welcome to the club...hope we'll get to see your 3 sometime soon, Sapper.
