Thanks everyone, I found this site by just doing a search on google. I checked a few other sites but it just seemed the people here were the most friendly and helpful.

Anyway, I plan on getting a turbo charger for it. Looking at the Greddy. I am only looking for about 300whp. My friend wants me to go into the scca so i think i am going to try the free PDX program.

So are you guys meeting up anytime soon? I look forward to someday meeting you all. I'm also open to any advice for my rx8.

Why talk to me?

What other kits have you looked at or heard of for the 8? The greddy may seem good cause it's 1-2k less than other kits but to get it to 300WHP you will need to do some upgrading which will take you into the same price range as the other kits.

RX8Ghost has the Greddy kit and what a pain it was to install. I think he had dynoed at like 220WHP.

It doesn't matter what gear he was in does it? If so than everyone would be dynoing in 1st. All our 8's were dynoed in 4th last time. I want to know the power with the BOV and higher boost.

Don't forget also that the greddy kit does not flow enough air above 6.5-7k rpm to make any power so 1/3 of your RPM range is basically crippled. You can still use it but your peak HP will be @ 6.5-7k and then just drop off.
