Thanks! Hoping to add some photos of my mildly built 94 Miata. It is covered up and stored away for winter. Waiting for the aluminum flywheel and upgraded clutch to get installed. Always something.

The corporate offices are in NJ, so they moved the big Denver office there as well. I guess they thought they could have more oversight of the office. Sure, it cost more, and now the company is on the verge of folding.

I accepted a job offer yesterday. Yippie! Will be starting Monday the 21st. Hoping that the weather cooperates a bit next week to get some Miata work done. I wanted to work on it this Winter to have it ready for next season!

Picked up a 1992 Mercury Capri this afternoon. All the Mazda goodies. :)

Actually, this is getting stripped for the drivetrain for the Festiva.
How the ad read on CL:

1992 Mercury Capri turbo 5 speed convert. - $750 (Colorado)
Date: 2009-12-18, 10:21PM MST
1992 Mercury Capri turbo 5 speed convert. FAST! Looks and runs good, new tires, AC PW, minor dents, needs top. Needs throw out bearing. Cash or interesting trade.

I ended up getting it delivered from Canon City (approx 2 1/2 hours from home) for $550. Not too bad. It is the 1.6L turbo, all complete and running. All the drivetrain will get dropped into the Festiva. 1.6L Mazda DOHC turbo with cooler.

OK, so a bit of an update on this page as I didn't know where else to update.

I was hired on with a financial institution helping clients with 401k plans in December. My MBA and a good connection got me in the door. I am doing well with the job, but unfortunately they are not seeing the business they had hoped for, and it looks like a downsizing is imminent. That said, I am currently seeking another opportunity. Better to start before you are in a real crunch. Even if I am not one of the ones to be cut soon, I am still looking as this seems to be losing its stability.

My previous background has been in Logistics, but I also have considerable experience in Healthcare. I am hoping to use my MBA in a Data Analysis type role, possibly something along the lines of a Business Analyst. This could easily be in Transportation/Logistics, Healthcare Management/Administration, and now in the Financial Services sector. I am also open to other industries and obviously can quickly adapt.

Thanks in advance for any leads someone may have to offer. And as I offer anyone else, my LinkedIn network has grown over the years as I am an active professional networker. Happy to invite anyone into my network who would be interested.

-Jeff
