I had to reinstall my factory exhaust manifold back when I had to get emissions done when I moved here. That 2 weeks was a painful driving experience. The factory manifold and the primary cat are massively restrictive. So even if the OBX 4-1 header makes for some low end loss, it's completely worth it for what it gives back higher up in the RPM range.
