will it fit on my 04 hatch? If so where can i find one? Ive tried looking everywhere, maybe im missing it

I like the looks of the speed 3 wing as well. They look great on the speeds. When/if I replace my wing, I'm going with a different look though.

When you switch to a 3 wing, you will likely want to do the 3rd brake light delete, and then rewire to run the brake light that is in the speed 3 wing. I have read it is pretty simple.
