So my brother agreed to buy me a Cobb intake for the MS3 and I was wondering if there are any local places that sell them? If not is the best place to buy one directly through Cobb? I am looking to get one ASAP.

I got mine used with about 7k on it for $90 shipped from a guy on MSF.org. They generally go for around $120-130 used. Don't think anyone locally carries them but you can order them from StreetUnit.com. Look for StreetUnitMark on Mazdaspeedforums.org and he will give you a good deal on a new one. I think he just got some in stock a week or two ago so you might not have to wait long to get it. I'm very happy with the Cobb intake and turbo inlet so far.

Flatirons Tuning (inside the Subaru dealership) in Boulder is a local dealer for everything COBB. I bought my intake, inlet and short shifter from them. Call them, they might have one in stock if you want to buy new. (303) 402-5142
