it's not a pretty sight but I'm hoping to remedy that when taxes come back.
I'm looking at an Invader style body kit.

Black Cherry Pearl? weird, it looks like hunter green in the first pic. Must be the lighting when you took the pic.

I always liked the MX6, enjoy it.

nice buy! i love these cars, the 6cyl was just brilliant. id like to see how it turns out even though im a bit of a purist and cant stand bodykits other than factory ground effects or their Japanese counterparts but to each their own!

I've always liked those cars....even way before I was a fan of Mazda.

And umm....body kits are gay IMO.

Just sayin.

This was a cheap upgrade, $70, but it looks a little better than the duct-work from the original breather assembly. The closer I look at the car the more I find I'm gonna have to do. The genius that worked on this before evidently decided that JB weld was just as good as anything for securing the breather to the throttle body. Oh well. It was kind of fun fitting the VAF into the system. I think the lack of restriction in the system may be giving me some issues with the vacuum lines though.

I also had to do a little redneck engineering on one of the VRIS solenoids, #2 had broken tips when I got it so I pulled a McGuiver and used a little FAS-WELD to secure some brass hose barbs to the solenoid body. It works okay but I still have to replace it and the Purge Solenoid Valve. Anyways just a little update.

Hopefully taxes come back soon. I got an estimate on getting the wrinkle in the drivers side removed and it's looking like approximately $700. Anyone here have any experience with bodywork and wanna make some money? All I need is the denting removed I can take care of the finishing body work myself.

And I did a little more checking on the body kit and decided that I'll probably just put a different wing on it along with some wind splitters or canards. any thoughts? even thought about shaving the doors and putting a small scoop on the hood. Don't know for sure yet this is definitely gonna be a long-term project.

here in austria it gives the 2,0l 4 cylinder dohc (115hp), 2,0 V6 (144hp, the same engine from the xedos 6 or 323 f-ba) and the 2,5l V6 (177hp)

i like the car, but it´s in the original with 17" rimes and 30mm lowered the best...

But let us see your work in the future ;)
Grow up?! I make a lot of shit, but not everything!!!! :D
