tbot wrote:No...if you remove the switch and wiring out of his diagram all together...the wiring for the lights is still grounded! He points out that circle as being a ground, so therefore even w/o the switch there, there's still a ground.

HELLO

the ground is NOT grounded when the switch is off...

Of course if he removed the switch and then grounded the ground, YEA he'd have power. But the fact is the switch interrupts the ground for THE INVERTER, as you can clearly see in his diagram..well, in my mind anyways...

YES he should have drawn the 2 ground wires going together first THEN going the the ground, but jeezus, we know how it works, and thats not his problem, AND has nothing to do with his question, so blame him for his poor artwork... I UNDERSTAND IT

To me the diagram illustrates that the ground from the inverter is grounded regardless of the switch being there. SO therefore the switch is not where its supposed to be.

On another note, I wonder if there's a relay in the halo's and thats what the Green wires are for. They need to be hooked to a switch to turn the relay on to make things work...

I tested the headlights before, during, and after installing them back onto the car, the bulbs work just fine when I touch the red and black wires to the corresponding terminals.

I'll read through the tips you guys are giving and let you know how it goes

These mothers are bright enough to burn your eyes clean out, I had to get real close to show the rings with the camera.

I can see the rings perfect in person, but the camera won't show it here.
