Adding Sub and Amp to Bose....

Has anyone had any experience with adding an amp and sub to the factory HU??? I have all the items needed....I just wanted to know the difficulty level...or if anyone has a walk through...

Did you get an amp with speaker level inputs? Or a speaker to line level converter? That would be the easiest, but not highest quality signal. If you have the Bose system, then there's line level signal going to the amp/sub, but they won't be composite connections that you can use, they'll be harnessed, so if you want to use them for your aftermarket amp, you'll have to figure out the wiring.

I did it on my 08, and it was pretty simple. I installed the LOC at the AMP under the driver seat then ran it back to the trunk.
