I miss my escort 8500. But I can live without one.

What happened to the Escort Jimmy?

Not sure i have posted this here before, but i had an Escort 8500, sold it to Jimmy and bought a V1. The 8500 was awesome, saved me numerous times and worked flawlessly, as do all higher end Escorts. I got the V1 because despite how corny the arrows are, they truly are useful, not to mention how useful knowing how many threats are out there. Within the first two days of owning the V1 it saved me because of both the arrows and threat count. It also has incredible range! If you have the money get a V1, if you are looking to save a bit but still be just as protected, get a top of the line Escort. My .02 on detectors. *I have zero experience with any other detectors* I just trust the two mentioned above.. well, i can tell you don't EVER bother to buy a Cobra.

Left my car in front of the house and was gonna pull it around in the garage before I was gonna go to sleep. Well about 10 min before I was gonna head out (Wathing a show I DVR'd) My alarm sounded off. Car got broken into. I ran out and an orange truck was burrning rubber down the street. The got my sisters iPod Touch the Escort (Which I left on teh windsheild because the car is garaged every night) and also tore up my dash for my Double-Din Stereo.

Insurance fixed everything and paid for all the stolen property except for the RD. That's not covered. I should have said my Phone was in there aswell. This was like Feb./March of 09. I bought it from you Fall of 08.

I ****ing hate thieves! Sorry to hear Jimmy. I'm glad they paid for the other stolen and broken things.

^Yup! Why can't people keep their hands on their own damn things and not take from people that worked hard for those things?!? ARGHHH!!

I wouldn't feel so bad if thieves only stole from other thieves, that would be awesome hahaha.
