Well, I finally got around to painting the center console Ti Gray. It looks great! I'm putting a few clearcoats on it, polish it up a bit, and putting it back in the car hopefully tomorrow. Color matches the body very well! Yeah! No more scratches (my stock silver trim was scratched to hell)!!!

Not the best of pics, as the rain started. Just a little before and after snaps. I'll get better in car pics later, but it's definitely a "see in person" mod. Pics don't do it justice.

Typical paint process....primer (wetand), paint (wetsand), clear (wetsand and polish).

Looks good buddy.. I really wanna do my center dash and console to, but as you put it yourself.. Im being a WUSS about it and dont wanna take the chance of F'ing it up..

Care to give some wetsanding pointers to me? What kind of sandpaper? Where did you find it?

Not what I imagined when you said you painted the center console. But it looks good. Hopefully it holds up better than the factory finish.

Sorry but Im kinda thread jacking here.. but Eric,, what paint did you use to paint your brake rotors black? Im redoing my calipers this weekend and I wanna pant the rotors to cause their looking a lil rusty looking..
