here's the plan:
Replace front door speakers with Focal 165KPS.
Replace rear door speakers with Focal 165CV1.
All powered by an Alpine PDX4100 (100w to each speaker).
Both front and rear doors will be covered with Dynomat.

I tried an uninstall last night...didn't go so well...had to get it re-undone today... several hours and $$ later it works again....@#$%#@$ .
on the plus side I have an extra amp/sub I shall try to install in my 6. I will update on the results if there are any.
I want to hear how a sub sounds running from the bose system, but I don't want to pay a lot for that muffler. [img]http://coloradomazdaclub.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif[/img]

Yeah...I won alright...lol....but these plans have been put on hold as I have to fly back to England for a few weeks. My mother is in the final stages of lung cancer.
Not sure if I will have to wait till next year to get this mod done...we will see.
