Rims turned out bad so I am having them powder coated tomorrow! However, the emblems and tail lights came out great! I have extra, plasti dip and night shade if anyone is down. AA did his too and they came out sexy as hell.

From what he said, he wasn't a fan of the final texture.

From what i found doing mine, there is a fine line to get that nice SMOOTH finish once it dries.

Not the texture hoe! It was windy and blew a shit ton of debris in them. So I stripped them and stopped being a cheap ###. Now they are getting powder coated! $75 a rim any color w/sandblasting.

It looks like a whole in the wall but, I got to see some of his work in the shop and it looked great!

some extreme colors and extra gloss will cost slightly more.

Hmmm, sounds like a good price. Take some pics after they're finished.

plasti dip

Postby 303MS6 » Mon Aug 06, 2012 9:14

thread is a little old, but do you still have any of the plasti dip left? I went the cheap route and rattle canned my emblems a while ago, which of course chipped and looks like a barrel full of smashed a-holes now.
