Ok so since 2010 kits are limited i gotta look across the pond. Whats the opinion on the Leg Motor Sport kit? The kit will cost about $1800 US not including shipping... to Alaska UGH!

I'm liking the rear. Maybe accentthe bottom part of it in the Graphite color like the side skirts and wheels are. The front is meh. The main center opening looks small. The hood is meh. Reminds me of the last gen Celica. I def like the facory R3 front better.

Funny thing, Mazda wants me to upgrade from the 2004-08 bodywork to the 2009-up bodywork and I would do an R3 kit at the same time. The problem is that the parts (even deeply discounted) are friggin expensive from Mazda and I have not found any decent knock-offs as yet. So it looks like I will be hanging on to the old school look a while longer.

For the most part the parts from the Gen 1 RX8 fit the Gen 2. For the most part the only thing changed was the cosmetics and the trans. Engines the same, Coils and CAI still fit, Catback still fits and sway bars will still fit. As for Fly wheel and Clutch, and Shifter i cant confirm since Mazda modified the trans.

I really like the look of your stock bumper, and since your car is so rare it looks unique enough already.. in my opinion. The kit is badass though no doubt, so you won't go wrong either way.

I also really like the stock body kit. I'd just stay with that and spend the money with suspension mods.

agreed, it does look different, but in my personal opinion I think body modifications are a waste of money that can be spent elsewhere like suspension, engine or seat time. especially when your stock bodypanels look great
