It should be more than enough for this project. 1 qrt. Is two spray cans plus a little extra in the can. I've had my 2 cans of spray for two years now and havn't even used a whole can yet. I've touched up my sideskirts and rear bumper a few times and painted my engine cover.[/b]

Engine cover eh??? Hummmm... ^_^

Well, finally I have the eyelids sprayed. Now all i have to do is wait for them to cure so i can get them clear bra/coated... :32eccfc6:

So here is what I did:

Got everything together that I needed...
Image

Next was to get some primer going. Two thin coats with a final slightly heavier coat. Then a gentle going over with some wet 1000 grade paper.
Image

Next was the base coat. Again, two thin coats with a final heavier coat...getting the 1000 grade paper out when needed to keep things smooth.
Image

Next was the mid coat...three helpings there. Then one thin lashing of clear coat followed two heavier coats to finish it off.

Here is one laid in played, but not yet attached.

I'll post some more pics once it's clear bra/coat is on and they are attached... :6cc542c1:

Speaking of those plugs, Andrew, where did you get yours again? I hit up Pep Boys and they gave me a deer-in-headlights look.

Lee, I can't wait to see how these look.

I like how these look, much better paint job then I could have ever done. lol. I don't have the patience to wait for everything to dry. Can't wait to see them after everything is done.
