Where to get Silver Jade R wheels stateside?

Postby Operator » Thu Jan 27, 2011 9:14

I've found the wheels, I'd like to upgrade too this spring/summer but can't find a place stateside that sells them. All I've found over here are the black set that are 18" or 20" and I'm looking for 19". Any help is appreciated.

They all seem to be based in the UK. And shipping alone from there is going to be killer. I've contacted a few online sellers and one said they will not ship to the US, working with another one I found (Seller from Greece $935 for the set $200 Shipping).

Or if anyone even knows of a place to get a black set in 19" form, I can look into sandblasting them and re-coating them.

Those things look badass on that black Supra. Is going through the hassle of sandblasting and recoating them really worth saving $200 on shipping? Especially when you probably won't even save that much because most places stateside still charge shipping, and $1135 total for all 4 sounds like a pretty good deal when places here like the one learjet posted are asking minimum $263/wheel for 19s and still charging $128 shipping. I'd just take that deal from Greece.

The 1st Black Supra pic, the rears seem to have a nice concave look.

Yeh, I may end up having to do that. And the link learjet posted, says they no longer carry the wheels, I called them a couple weeks ago.

They can also be found on Suziki Swifts I believe, especially on Peterson AFB...just ask Zico LOL. I don't know that it was a swift but it was whatever Suzuki's small SUV is.

I like a lot of wheels ADV1 makes but from what I understand they are the same guys that owned 360 Forged, which had a really bad reputation for not coming through on their orders.

David, did you already get some wheels? Are those the ones you had on your car at the car show?
