I had a set of SpeedBleeders on my Formula 1000 and it made it easy to bleed the brakes by yourself. Very helpful and a good value.
But I borrowed one of these at the track and it was great: http://www.motiveproducts.com/
Even easier than the Speedbleeders - pump up the system and work at your leisure. And it can be used on multiple vehicles. I plan to get one, probably this one at $65 - http://store.motiveproducts.com/round-universal-bleeder--0101-p60.aspx.

Yea, the both seem like a good option. I'm leaning towards the speed bleeders though. It seems that less can go wrong.

For the motive pump I think the MS3 fitting is #1100. Not sure about the RX-7

Hehe I have to drive up on a piece of plywood to get a jack under my Miata. Luckily I don't have side skirts or I'd never get that bitch in the air.
