I love my springs but I do wish I would have held off on the install until I had the shocks. The rear takes almost no time at all but the front was a PAIN IN THE ASS and you have to completely dissasemble the strut and reassemble with the new spring. I am reaalllyy not looking forward to doing that again with the new shocks haha

That's definitely why I'm doing both at the same time!

Overall, the drop is only roughly an inch. The RX-8 sits low to start with, so this will close up the gaps nicely between fender/tire. I'm excited to see what the difference in ride/handling will be.

that sounds like it will look really toit, I wonder how the ride will be too....this is probably the only
thing really holding me back.

From what I've heard with the reviews I've read, the MS combo is pretty forgiving on the street. A little firmer, but the 8 is a much firmer ride than the 6 to start with. Quite a few peeps planning on doing this in the spring, that's pretty cool.

I'm excited!

A lot better than what I was expecting. Did you get them from Mazdatrix?

Nope... http://www.onlinemazdaparts.com, dealership in NC. Mazdatrix would've been over $700, plus shipping (I think).

Nice! your going to be happy when you hit some turns! Oh and if your in no hurry for rims save and buy the good stuff don't do what I did unless you really don't care. Then by all means get some rotas :) They have been good to me so far but I show the speed a lot and it hurts to say no there not Works lol.
