Has anybody had any experience with the inserts for the stock rear MZ3/MS3 motor mounts made by CorkSport. Seems like corksport makes quality parts and could manufacture a full motor mount if needed. I was considering the Streetunit Street motor mount. 115.00 for street unit, 35.00 for Corksport insert. Not trying to be cheap, trying to be efficient. The car will have the Mazdaspeed short shifter with bushings.

CorkSport Rear Motor Mount Inserts?
The Corksport inserts help by removing the open areas in the rear motor mount, but the rubber in the stock mount is still quite a bit softer than the aftermarket units. If you'd like the split the difference I've got a CP-e rear motor mount up for sale with about 30k on it that I took off my car before I sold it.
Which insert do you have in the CP-E? I have heard good things about those too. Picture available by any chance?
Since I am talking rear motor mounts. Anyone care to offer opinions on the dogbone style mounts v. the billet types?
Jamesbarone racing suggests that the side mounts are NOT needed with the Chrome molly dogbone style, but I am guessing with an 88 durometer, that they will vibrate the hell out of the car.

An 88 duro RMM alone will not vibrate the hell out of the car. I had a 90 duro SU RMM and barely had any extra vibes at all. Once the side mounts went on, however, I was well in touch with every noise my transmission made.
