My MS3 seems to be code happy...
Cobb intake
HKS Bypass Valve
Stock ECU mapping right now.
Keep getting:
PCM
P2187
and
IC
U2064
Believe the P2187 is a too lean code and the U2064 is a "code was thrown"
Ideas on fixes?

Just a thought.
Is boosting in the cold bad hard on the car? I only ask because cold air = dense air.
I have been taking it real easy on mine with these temps.

The only thing I know about Cold weather and dry clear streets is my car loves it! Me and my car hate hot summer days. It's like a 20hp difference in the winter. If only I could drive it. Hopefully it warms up a bit the next couple of days that way I can go bring it home.
Anywho what does it state the codes are besides codes? Could it be too lean cause all the air that's getting packed in?

The AP can monitor Air/Fuel ratio can't it? Can you put it on to log and drive around a bit and see what your AFRs are doing? I wouldn't think just an intake wouldn't cause that though, since even with denser colder air, at this altitude it's still not seeing as much oxygen as a warmer day at sea level is it?

From what I remember, my MS6 loved it when it was between 25 and 50 degrees. anything warmer or colder than that just didn't feel the same.

I'm not modded like a lot of members but I do have a BOV and a Mazda CAI. The car seems to run very well in this colder air and short of a few annoying chassis/suspension squeaks when I first take off in the morning- no codes and no problems..... Oh. the damn TPMS is not real happy with the cold either......

I think it is due to your Mazdaspeed CAI. Mazda pulled these from the shelves awhile back due to this same problem. People were getting the too lean at idle CEL due to the MAF housing used for the Mazdaspeed CAI. I never encountered the problem with mine, but others have.
