Tough break DW. Silly music. It does look like it might be able to get pulled by a good PDR person. I have a company I like. They would let you know pretty quickly what it would take. Too bad about that RHD specific mirror. I seem to recall you wanting new headlight covers.

Can still tune with a dented fender though. Think house has you busy enough to worry about tuning anyway.

That sucks. Sorry to hear about that. Hopefully it's something that can be taken care of fairly easily. Of course, enough money will usually fix things.

Those damn deer. Were they in their designated crossing section? If not, it's their fault.

Wild rogue deer was miles from the nearest designated crossing, unfortunately he scampered off before I could get his info.

I don't think it will be too bad to fix, I've got good insurance on that car and parts are readily available. It is now time to decide if I want to stay with pop-up headlights though. OEM replacement headlight components will run about $500 or I could throw in a little cash and go with some sleek lights. I have always liked the Evo-R headlights but have never seen them in person.

I suppose tuning could continue but the only time I have to do that is during slow hours at work wich requires me to drive the car at least one way in the dark and I don't wanna get a headlight ticket!!

Fender could probably be PDR'd for the most part. It is pushed back against the door so there is some panel alignment issues to go along with it. Insurance lady got herself all confused when putting in the claim. Had to explain to her how the collision was on the front left but its the passenger door that is rubbing the fender.

Not much has changed, car has just been parked for the most part. No time to spare to work on it with all the house stuffs. I did replace the shifter and brake boots and installed a new brake lever from an S8. Also installed a replacement mirror I got from Australia (RHD problems), and got the headlight assembly straightened out and working. Hopefully will be getting the car in to get some body work done very soon so it will be driaveable again.

I thought the mirrors were the same between RHD and LHD. Are they angled?

Funny guy, You taught me that the passenger mirror is convex. and at a much more severe angle in the housing. Since your not giving up your Ganadors yet, I went with OEM.

Dude, when you asked me about that I was talking about the Ganadors hahaha. I didn't know there was a difference on the stock mirrors, I thought they were both the same. LOL

I'm still waiting on B2A to make the Ganadors for LHD and RHD.

Well I finally got time to work on the car with the Body tech. It is back on the road and breakin' necks!! Needs some paint and I have a vented hood to put on. Just good to have it driveable again.

Made the headlight covers red and put the new hood on. It's a RE-amemiya AD-9 replica made by CarbonMiata. Fitment it's really good. Had to trim for the tower brace and air box but that is typical with this style hood as the center sits very low. I like it so far but it is a little worrisome to be able to see how much the engine moves while cruising down the highway!
