So I'm trying to figure out if it's only me or other 8 owners. Does the E-brake seem to work at all for you. It doesn't for me. Other cars seem to work perfect. Even when your driving and someone in your passenger seat decides to pull it up.

Example. Parked on a dry concrete driveway, slight incline (about 15-20 degrees), forgot to put car in gear but E-brake was pulled up all the way. 20 mins later car is at bottom of drive way.

Did you have it in gear or nuetral?
It's been like that since I've owned the car. how is it when your driving and someone yanks up on it?

We had that problem in a Mits Eclipse that Josh owned. His actually rolled backwards when he worked at Best Buy and hit another car. We took it into Mits to get checked out and they had to tighten the E-Brake, kept coming lose, and never really worked.

My dad is a firm believer that leaving it in gear does no good so never. And people know better than to pull that bs in my car. God forbid someone try that.

When the Mits rolled back and hit that other car, the E-brake was up but was in Neutral. The cop actually gave Josh a ticket for not putting it in gear and something else.. It was a zero point ticket, but we still went to court and fought it.

Any Idea how to adjust this myself. Seeing as my appointment to check my CEL is set for Tuesday. Cylinder one Missfire. That was the same code it threw when I found out my baby needed a heart transplant. Hope we don't have to go through it again.

My dad said it best "As soon as you fix the fuel system, the exhaust leaks. As soon as you fix the exhaust, the engine starts to knock. As soon as the engine starts to knock, you blow your engine and you're sol."

Almost a year after he bought it, and the guys at Best Buy gave him shit for it everyday. It was baby blue color too.. I LOVED that car, I loved the exhaust on it, and we had put a freaking awesome stereo system in it. I drove that car every chance I got.. But of course I am a girl. lol
