I'd say PlastiDip holds up to rocks as good, if not better, than a wrap. It's also considerably cheaper than a wrap. From what I've gathered, a typical wrap will run you $3-5k installed. You could Plastidip your entire car for under $600 bucks and do it yourself.
Plus a if wrap does get damaged, you need to peel the entire panel and replace. So depending on location, that could get really expensive. With plastidip, it works just like spray paint, so you can simply paint over the damaged area or peel the panel and reapply.
The plastidip on my wheels has held up great thus far, no chips or issues yet
My new car!
Looking to hit the road next Sat. Something local, and only for about an hour or so. Clean your calendar, and make sure the car is gtg.
