An easy DIY coming, I replaced my side window moldings that had hail damage. They were all chipped up. So, they basically just pull off the car, and the new ones just wedge in there. Once clip to snap and you're good to go. I actually did takes pics of the whole thing. Looks nice and new now, I'm a happy camper.
I also installed some piano black door pull bezels. They match the other trim pieces perfectly. Simple install there as well.

Does the molding on your car look like this:
If so, here's how you fix it. After ordering the correct parts, of course. Very easy fix, and it makes the car look a lot better.
Parts needed: New moldings.
Tools: None
Time: about 5 minutes per window.
First, roll down the window on your car. This will make it easier to pull on the molding. I started in about the middle of the window, as that's where I found the most give. Pull the molding toward you and it'll pop right off the edge of metal along the top of the door.
Odds are, when you get to the clip (it's located about the middle of the bottom of the B-pillar), you'll snap off the clip.
No biggie there. Once you've done that, then just slide the molding towards the rear of the car, and it'll slide out easily. Below is what it looks like when the molding is removed.
To put the molding back on, slide the front section of the molding under the rear view mirror, and snap it on the metal edge that runs the length of the door. Insert the tab from the molding into the door, and you're done. Just apply even pressure along the length of the molding to make sure it's attached securely.
The end result:
