well carbon took down my motor today. Might explain the flooding and other issues developing long before the dyno day.

Wow, that does suck...looks like we'll both be rebuilding at the same time :lol: Do you know what's wrong yet?

the turbo has been launching oil into my engine for some time. Finally enough carbon formed to kill the compression on it. Not going to be rebuilding anytime soon. Trying to buy a house.

time to best the 'vert out.

my "evil" plan is, since the turbo was bad off also, was to look into the Camden supercharger options. Im not too interested in high horsepower numbers and by the time i have the turbo rebuilt or replaced, do some other odds and ends, im pretty much talking the cost of going with the s/c anyway.

that sucks. After the way it was running on the dyno it doesn't come with a shock.

i think it explains why it couldnt even get through third.
