Threw a CEL this morning after i got to work. Car seems to be running fine. No weird noises or lack of power of any kind. Dopped it off to mazda to run it on a diagnostic. Should know something hopefully later today.

Ok so after i spent all morning thinking there might be something wrong with my baby, mazda called. Hooked the car to the diagnostic and no shit my fuel caps bad. How in the hell does a fuel cap go bad?? anyways the sensor for the fuel valve for the fuel cap is bad too. Retarded crap to go wrong with a car.

Better than a lot of other things that could go wrong.

What was the code that it threw. Lakewood had told me that my fuel cap was bad and you don't want to know what happened next.

They didnt tell me what the code was. I dropped it off in the mornin and got a call around 3. Ill ask what the code was tomorrow when i pick it up
