Can anyone tell me how the black rubber body strip mouldings under the RX8 (on the sides - they run the whole length between the wheels) mount to the vehicle? It appears that there are about 10 circular spots that have rectangular turnable clips (I wouldn't call them screws) with tiny holes through them. Right now the moulding is loosely attached to these spots but it seems there should be some circular headed screw/pins that go thru the moulding into these body-mounted turnable clips but my car doesn't have any at all. I would imagine they would be black plastic topped tacks about the size of a dime with some sort of skinny prongs or nail-like end. OR the mouldings just sort of hang on there in a tightish snapping fit without being more firmly tacked in. If you pull on the strip it comes off pretty easily.

If you're talking about what I think you're talking about they're held on by the dime sized top tacks but they are also stapled in some places :(
