Just got my ACT Streetlite Fly with Modified Clutch kit put in the 8. Between the shop and the house i managed to launch the car 3 times, High rev it about twice and stall out once.
The play with the pedal is very minimal. It catches really low to the floor. Is there any way to adjust where she engages or do i just need to relearn how to drive a stick?
I already have the axial flow shifter, anybody have any other reccomendations for trans upgrades?
New Clutch and Fly
Most clutch pedals have an adjustment nut that you can play with to get it where you want it. I just adjusted the pedal in my Miata because I had the opposite problem. I had to let the pedal out all the way to get going and it was like I had the clutch partially pushed in all the time and it would start slipping after a while. I adjusted the nut on the back of the pedal and now it's perfect.
