Well I finally heard back about another job application I sent out for a position in Alabama, however it looks like I'll still be back in CO at least temporarily after I graduate even if this does pan out for me. Should be able to make it with my Legacy

Who is coming to the Rock on June 6th?

I would suggest a meet off of the Wolfensbberger or Plum Creek exit. The Meadows/Founders exit is a mess. Off of Plum Creek there is a Dairy Queen that has hosted several car shows. Off of Wolfensburger there is a BBQ place (Old west?) and then DCF Guns is right there.

What time?

I'm still up for it. Hopefully late afternoon/evening. I have hockey until noon on Saturday.

Huzer is the original coordinator. He is occupied until 12;00p. I would say that we should push for a 2:00 meet at the Dairy Queen off of the Plum Creek exit.

DW mentioned a drive up to his place. I'm not sure I am interested in taking my car off the pavement, but the drive back to the end of the asphalt would be cool. That would be about 30 minutes one way.

For those interested in checking the route, take a look at the drive from I-25/wolfensberger to highway 105, then Dakan Rd. There are some good opportunities for pictures I think.

Thoughts?

I am tempted to try to make it out. I just got the car insured and has temp tags. I need to get to miles on the car and this sounds like a good excuse. My only concern is the weather because the dash is still not installed and have exposed wiring that can't get wet.

Weather is going to be the decider really. With the way it has been, I would hate to see everyone get damage.

Is anyone down to meet in the AM? It is the afternoon where the risk is and am down to get together for some coffee and a drive.

Aren't I great with weather? I need to not be the one picking get together dates. I can't make the AM, as I have hockey at 9:45, but if people want to move to earlier that is fine. If it's at 2, I'll be there in the Taco.

Edit: I guess I'm not going. I'm going to my brother-in-law's for my nephew's birthday. I'm getting tired of having no car time/car gathering time.
