Like I mentioned, Sunday the 16th will likely be the only one of those days that I can make it.

Change in plans, up first, installing the roll bar. I went with a Boss Frog Clearview Maxx single hoop. Ordered the SFI padding as well. Once I get a delivery date, I'll post up. I'm ready to have the interior put back together, so my tech day will be installing the FM frame rails, the roll bar, finishing the seat, installing carpet, and reinstalling the remaining interior bits.

Clutch, timing belt, water pump will wait while I further investigate the tricky little leak.

No tech day this weekend. My rollbar has yet to ship, so it won't be here this weekend. I may go ahead and put the frame rails on and deal with the clutch slave/line this weekend. That's the source of my leak.

Does it always have to be about you??

Fair enough though, I hope your bar arrives soon. I've heard so much about it, I feel like I have an intimate relationship with it already..

Let me know if you need a hand this weekend and I can stop by if needed. Be forewarned though, to say my wrenching skills are a bit "rusty" is an understatement. I will likely do a bit of troubleshooting on the MSM's knock sensor this weekend, after running into a minor "issue" of my own per se:

Otherwise I think the little lady has plans for us next weekend (3/23), but I could probably make it the Sunday after that (3/30).

Let me know bud.

I do have a brand new spare clutch slave if you need it. I also have a set of rear SS brake lines if you want them as well. Let me know.

Anyone available on either the 22nd or 23rd? I'll most likely need a hand getting the rollbar installed.

For exactly how many hours? I've never done this, but if you need muscles, and not I.Q for a couple of hours; I may be able to help.

Did the tech session on 3/16 take place?

Nope, no tech on the 16th as I've been waiting for the roll bar to show up. I was initially going to do the timing belt/water pump/clutch, etc, etc...but found receipts for the above (except for the clutch) so I'll wait until next winter to do that.

For roll bar install, I mainly need some muscle, as I'm sure it's an awkward piece to try and manage solo. Once again, it depends on arrival. Right now, the tracking puts in here on Wednesday, but tracking also indicates it hasn't left Chicago yet.

And don't worry, I have no vehicular IQ, I'm just a big kid that takes things apart and tries to figure out how to put them together again.

^ Then keep us posted. On Saturday I need to be in LODO by 5 pm. Skiing on Sunday, so that is out.

Place supposed to fix that scratch completely Friday-Saturday am. Could come up Saturday for a couple hours possibly. Given the stripped nature of your vehicle, I bet the roll bar will go in pretty easily.

Is it on the front porch right now?

Roll bar arrives tomorrow so it'll definitely be here for Saturday. I plan on getting started in the A.M. and chugging through until finished. Hope to have the entire interior buttoned back by Sunday night, if it takes that long.

And yes, since snow is expected on Saturday, my skiing crew will ski then.

I have a trail run on Sunday morning, and Skip Cannon is finishing installing an FM turbo on a friends house, so I'll be going to his place to do some gophering. Please post pics if you do install the rollbar this weekend!
