Winter Garage meets

Who would be interested in attending or hosting a garage meet this winter?

I figure it would be an opportunity to get some wrench time with fellow car people and get some work done.

I'd be happy to host a session at my place for a few people depending on what kind of work needs done. No cars could be left overnight.

I'd come, just for the hang out factor. I don't have much planned for the Tundra.

I'd be willing to offer my car as the donor vehicle, if this goes down. =)

Something about new hood install...

I'm heading out of town this weekend, but will schedule something when I get back. Hood install would be pretty simple for some of these guys.

I've got a pretty full garage at the moment, but deeper into the winter that could change some. I'll leave my place open to a future club thrash.

I still need to visit you for clutch adjustment and strut bar construction. Just waiting for an all clear signal. :)

lol I thought this meant like a parking garage, if its on a day where I'm free I don't mind swinging out and helping turn a wrench or two

I have a lot of what most here consider ricey body and interior stuff to do this winter. A lot of fabrication of carbon fiber panels for heat shields, semi-custom front bumper (using a used oem bumper for a starting point), carbon fiber door panels, etc. Not many people interested in that kind of stuff, so I doubt we would do much work on my car. However, fluid changes, maintenance items, and some light mechanical work are all possible.

Date to come soon.
