I read something in the manual about water in the front passenger area and it's related to the heater and related to car running hot. I have had water in the passenger footwell area before. hmmm.

If you don't mind changing it again at the end of the year, try running straight water with Water Wetter in it. I did that in my FD and water temps went down by ~10*C compared to 50/50.
