Charity Car Show...Sort Of

Ok, so at the school where my wife works, one of the other ladies working there has a son with Cancer. They're doing a BBQ/Talent show to raise money for the kid's treatments, and one of the Custodians is bringing three old cars he has for display to try and draw people to the show and raise some more $$. Jen asked if we had anyone who wanted to show off their car at Vista Ridge H.S. Wednesday night to help bring more people in and raise a little more cashola for this kid's treatments. No fees, but also no judging or prizes. Let me know if anyone is interested...probably REALLY informal. We'd be the eye candy to draw in the dudes, basically...

OK, here's what I know.
This benefit is for the grandson (not the son) of one of the Vista Ridge High School admin ladies. The boy is battling cancer, and they're trying to raise some money to help pay for treatments.
There is a Chilli Cookoff at 5:30 p.m.. For $5, you get all the damn chilli you can eat (and survive). At 7, there's a variety show/talent show/benefit concert, also for $5. During all of this, the head custodian will have the following in the parking lot to try and grab people's attention and get them in there:
I will have some street rods, custom cars, 1948 Jeep, 1932 Ford pick up, possibly a T-Bucket and a fire truck
I figure if we add a Speed 6, a Speed 6, an RX, the Evo X, etc, we'll attract some of the younger kids, too.
I've also talked to United Empire car club (show cars) and they may bring some of their wheels out to show, too.
Maybe I should invite CrushinGame......nah.

I have to work until 4pm that day, so it doesn't look like I can make it. Wish I could, the FD is a fricken sausage magnet LOL

I should be able to bring the 8 out. Nothing flashy about it but people like to look at it cause it has "those back doors that open the other way" Lol
