Trish when will we know the timeframe?

I have to call the lady from Childrens hospital today to even see if we can do it on the 1st, we may have to go with Harley on the 2nd.

Um what if we do it on the first I'll take all the toys and donate it on the 2nd if I have to as part of the club donating it? I've posted up on the Awdpirates about this BWW meet already and stated its on the 1st.

Or we give it all to you I dont care either way lol I just need to get this set in stone so I can get people to show up

We could do that, but then it eliminates the purpose of the cruise and lunch idea of the day. lol. I had posted all this information on other happy hour thread, stating it wasn't a definate day yet or anything, and that I would fill everyone in today on what was going on. I was just giving everyone a heads up on what is coming up. Sorry for the confusion.

It's good its just hard to read through all those threads finding actual information. I really have no idea what this cruise is about all I assumed was we're meeting up and giving toys to someone while at BWW and having them do it.

That's an idea that we could do. And I'm completely open with changes. What I had originally had in mind was to meet up cruise to Childrens and give them the toys then cruise to BWW for lunch afterwards. That's how the Harley Group does it, they all cruise into the hospital together, it brightens up the kids day... But if we are going to do the BWW and then everyone give the toys to me or you or whoever, then I need to know so when I call this lady today I know what to tell her. Like I said I'm open to anything.

If everyone gives the toys to me, we could meet at BWW at noon have lunch and then on my way back home I could stop by there since it's on my way. I'm ok with that.

my opinion and this doesn't have to be how it goes but I know I can't cruise I'm trying to save money / gas / milage as im trying to sell the car. But what if we meet up at BWW and then those who can't cruise due to time or other commitments can then give the toy(s) to whoever is going on the cruise?
