Cheyenne Mazda...

Anyone use them before?

My 3 has a shudder when braking from higher speeds and I am going to take it in for warrenty work. The only time I went to the dealer up here, they basically lost my sale because of the manager. Is the service department quality?

Thanks

Edit 1: Overall my time with the stealership was fine. Good communication, and quick responce to my problem.

Edit 2: WOW, I saw that my sticker for oil/tire rotation had been changed. I decide to check my recipt again to see if they went above and beyond and just did it.... Nothing. Ok, so I give them a call to see if they just forgot..... Nope. Those bastids didn't do a thing extra except change out my sticker and screw me up. . I am just upset from it.

Edit 3: Wrote a comment card online at how the how service was. Orlando called my back and without me really saying anything he offered a free oil change to rectify it. So overall B- for Cheyenne Toyota service dept.

Our service manager here at Courtesy drives in from Cheyenne every day. LOL. I'll ask him about them.

Thats what I was thinking too. I'm not going to fix it if its under warrenty.

Same with my Titan. Going to the stealership for a $3.28 clamp on a radiator hose, but hey, its under warrenty so they can fix it.

I think we'll await your report on the Cheyenne Dealership as well.

I thought things like brakes were normal wear and tear items and weren't covered by warranties?

Warped roters on an 08 that shuddered since we bought it I don't think is "normal"

Since you bought it? Yikes. It only shakes when you brake at higher speeds... Did you buy it new?

Might get the rotors covered under the 12 month, 12k mile adjustment warranty, but not sure. John who is our service manager says he used to work up there before they had a Mazda franchise. He says they're a pretty decent dealership.

BTW, from what I hear, his commute is something like 1 1/2 or 2 hours from Cheyenne to Longmont. FTL.

Used with how many miles? How long have you had it? Who did you buy it from? I'd think the seller would be responsible if this occured prior to your purchase of it.

bought it in May, from Bert Toyota in Englewood? under 19,000 miles on it.

Thought it would be covered under warrenty so I did persue it that fast. Now that I'm out of school and have the time, I was going to take it in.

Sixburgher and I have been in there before. I get my oil changed over there. Its actually the Toyota dealership that does the work. But from my experience, they're very nice, and helpful. Parts dept guy is pretty good too.
