Anyone know a good place in town to get winter tires? Or would the base be my best bet?

fatboy tires, discount tire...theres a couple other places. but order online at either tire-rack or discount tire and you can have them shipped to the location for installation

I'm also going to need to buy some 18" summers. Though I'm pretty sure I'll get those from the base.

Search Tire Rack. If you're in the military, check AAFES.com. They will match Tire Rack, but it'll come out cheaper if you have a shop at the BX.

Also, if you want some studded snows you have to go to CO to get them. They don't stud in WY.
