Annual Toy Drive!

Ok, so I set this up last year and we had an AWESOME turn out and a fun time. This year with me not being able to get around and plan things as much as I would like I have joined it with Metrodubs.com with their toy drive.

Details:

What: Toy drive/Blood drive for Childrens Hospital
When: Sunday, December 7th @ noon
Where: Mr. Biggs on the corner of Kipling and Coalmine (used to be Fat City)

This is for the kids so I really hope to see a bunch of Mazdas joining us and bringing the best for them during their hard times through the holidays. Last year Scott and his girlfriend went with me to drop off all of our toys at the hospital and it was just amazing to see these little kids making the best out of a hard time in their lives.

Things that you can donate for the toy drive are: TOYS.. boys and girls, crayons, coloring books, diapers for the babies, blankies, stuffed animals. Pretty much anything that you can think of these kids will enjoy.
I love giving stuffed animals cause it helps them ease during surgery. Knowing their pal will be there with them when they are done. I have been one of these kids when I was little and I couldn't describe the joy when we receive these gifts. So again, please write this on your calendar and at least drop off a toy if you can't stay. There is also the Bonfils blood drive that will be there this year, so if you can't afford a toy, give blood!!
If you have any questions please let me know. Hope to see all of you guys there on the 7th!!

Is anyone interested in doing this? We had a great turnout at Buffalo Wild Wings last year. Even if you don't have any way of donating, at least make it out to Mr Biggs to support the club!

I'll do both!

Trish...what's the criteria for the toys? I remember Children's having rules about the toys. New? Used?
