Bastard and I rolled around Castle Rock and really didn't find anything worth a shit for what is needed. I suggested Chatfield Reservoir. Open, lots of parking and a great view of the mountains. Just a thought guys n gals.

anyone who loves driving wont mind location. that is a nice drive to a good chill spot, iirc. thats in the mtns? right by deckers.. iirc

Or Castlewood Canyon State Park
It's about 35 miles away from downtown CS, and a fair drive for the Denver clan.

Ok, Castlewood Canyon is cool too.

I'd actually like to make it to one of these events... Though I would have to bring two kids... or more. It would give my wife a break, too.

Kids are ALWAYS welcomed to the meets.. unless its in a bar of course.
Or you could be like Guido and bring your kids to the bar/club as well.....
