I thought i had started a thread some time ago on firearms specifically but it looks like i either didn't or it has since been deleted.. hmm. Anyhow, i wanted to express my excitement for my newest purchase! Next Friday the federal government will be essentially paying for my AR-15 upper receiver! Get my federal tax return back and that will be going to a brand new: http://riflegear.com/p-753-riflegear-145-carbine-complete-upper.aspx . Then the state return will be used for piecing together the lower. Thank you America!

Now that you mention it, I think it was called "Anyone Shoot". I just did a quick search and nothing came up. I wonder what happened to it.

Yeah ammo will not be cheap, but will be so worth it. There are a few places up here in and around boulder that are rifle friendly that I have found. Regardless I'll go anywhere with a rifle range.

You know that's just the government giving you back your own money right? Hehe. Still nice to get a big lump sum of cash though, even if it's basically an interest free loan you are giving to the government for a few months.

My other hobbies are video games, drumming, music in general, and jigsaw puzzles. I've been slacking on the drumming lately and have not played in several months. Probably why I still suck, lol.

What!? You mean they aren't just giving me money? :( I thought I was special. ;)

It's still funny since it will be a direct deposit from the IRS and then it will be turned right around and spent on my right to bear arms. Just kinda comical.

I like guns too. I have a few. I like to reload. I have a few (thou). I am a member of the Colorado Gun Collectors' assn. We put on one hell of a show in May (13-15) but it caters to stuff made before the 70's. It is in the top three of collectors' gun shows! If anybody has an interest in joining this club let me know. If you would like to see the show in May, I'll see if I can come up with some free passes.

That's not the good picture. My parents started the Cowboy Shoots that are so popular these days. The spittoon was one of the props used for that.

Titties and beer! Well actually I'm a bit young for that stuff lol.

In all seriousness, I love aviation. I've wanted to be an Aerospace Engineer since I was like 9 or 10 and got Flight Sim 2004 when it first came out. More specifically, I want to be an Aeronautical Engineer. I've always wanted to design and fly my own plane.

I really want to get my pilot's license over the summer if I can.
