Permits or illegal guns.

One can legally possess firearms by exemptions only. Under N.J.S. 2C:39-5, possession of ALL firearms is prohibited unless one has a NJ permit to carry a handgun or a NJ Firearm Purchaser ID card for long guns.

I'm assuming you made that up because that's just to hilarious. Btw I was kidding. But they make it so difficult and limit the types you can own based on what they look like (aka assault weapons ban) and not how they work

thats a good enough reason to never live in jersey lol

I'm getting my concealed carry permit ASAP whenever I get a handgun (.40)

plus I go backpacking alot, and my 9inch SOG just isnt enough protection for me. a semi-AK47 with A COG sight, and 2 full banana clips of 7.62mm Teflon ammunition...now that will keep the boogyman away at night!

I'm into guns and hunting. I recently sold my 30-o6 AND my tactical 12g pump shotgun, so I'm down to just my Glock 21 .45ACP, but I love it. It just BLOWS finding ammo for it. So I'm picking up another generic Mossberg 12g pumper soon since shells are still easy to get.

My uncle also has a line on cheap bean bag rounds for non lethal home defense so that's attractive. Killing people is just a whole big mess and legal headache....

My brothers got a Glock 22 .40 cal for sale. Very clean, 3 15rd Mags. I think he wants around $550 for it.

I've basically stopped shooting all together becuase of this- It's ridiculous. The .45 rounds that I do have, I paid far too much for in the first place...

That means only the thugs have guns. I wouldn't live anywhere that guns are illegal or over restricted.
